No corrections recorded for this report.

Methodology: incident reports are collected from major national dailies, structured by automated language processing, and approved by a human reviewer before publication. Figures may differ from official military or government tallies due to differing definitions, timing, and reporting windows. SSS Bulletin codes publicly reported incidents from open media sources; it does not independently verify classified or operational data.

Sources: Dawn, Express Tribune, The News, Geo News, and The Nation (RSS feeds polled for incident coding). Additional outlets may appear when cited in those reports.
